• Reservations may be made by calling 254-744-8114.
  • Accommodations are secured with Visa or Mastercard number or a deposit of one night’s lodging or 50% of total if longer than one night.
  • Accounts are not charged until date of expected arrival/departure.
  • Reservations may be canceled 48 hours in advance except in the case of special event weekends in Waco, in which 7 days notice is required. Please cancel as soon as possible since event weekends are not always obvious.
  • With only 3 rooms, early knowledge of change in plans is important.
  • You will be charged full amount in the case of a late cancellation in which I am unable to rebook the room.
  • No children under the age of 10 and no pets unless the entire house is booked and we have discussed any exceptions. Please ask at time of reservation inquiry.
  • No smoking inside the house--No exceptions.
  • No candles unless provided by Romance Package.
  • Certain days or circumstances may require a no host continental breakfast in which case there will be a $5.00/guest discount on the room. In most cases this will be made clear at the time of reservation.
  • If no breakfast is requested before groceries are purchased, and if there are no other guests, there will be a $10.00/guest discount on the room.
  • If reservation is made very late on the same day, and there are no other guests, only a continental breakfast will be available.
  • In-room breakfast is available only with the Romance Packages unless prior arrangement has been made.
  • All fees are for double occupancy. Occupancy above two is $15/night extra per guest.
  • The Classic Garden Room is $105/night. Guest limit for this room is four. There is a King size bed, Daybed, and Twin sleeper sofa.
  • The Cottage Garden Room is $100/night. The guest limit for this room is four. There is Queen size bed, Daybed, and Trundle bed.
  • The Rabbit Hole is $80/night. The guest limit for this bedroom is two. It has a double bed.
  • The whole house can be booked for $285/night with no extra fees for guests if two or more nights are booked. If the whole house is booked, a double sofa bed in the living room is also available making the total bed count of eight and capacity of 12 people.
  • Rates include breakfast.
  • A 13% occupancy tax will be added to total (6% state and 7% city).
